Choose Your Healing Adventure

• Choose from four membership tiers, each offering a set number of acupuncture treatments per month.

• Your membership begins on the day you sign up and automatically renews month-to-month until you cancel.

• Payments are charged to your card on the same day each month based on your signup date.

• Membership fees are charged automatically each month.

• If your card is declined, a $30 late fee will apply. We’ll retry the payment after a few days, and your account may be paused if payment isn’t completed within 10 days.

• Only card payments are accepted for memberships.

• Treatments are available each month according to your membership tier.

• Unused treatments do not roll over and can’t be borrowed in advance.

• Treatments are for the enrolled member only and can’t be transferred.

• When you join, you’ll receive a number of complimentary Gift Treatments depending on your tier to share with a friend or loved one.
  Gift treatments are valid for 6 months and can be used for any type of treatment.

  • They’re not redeemable for cash.

• Members also receive one free birthday treatment each year to be redeemed during your birthday month.

• You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Just send us an email or let us know in person. You can also cancel your membership online by logging into your Jane account.

• Your membership will remain active during that 30-day period and you’ll still have access to your treatments.

• There are no cancellation fees, and we don’t prorate partial months.

• All membership payments and herb purchases are non-refundable.

• Treatment prices are locked in for the duration of your active membership.

• Herb prices may fluctuate due to import tariffs and supply costs — we’ll always do our best to keep them fair and transparent.

Memberships are non-transferable and can’t be shared, sold, or assigned to another person. (The exception is your Gift Treatment, which is meant for friends!)

We care deeply about your safety and satisfaction. However, Stardust Wellness, PLLC and its practitioners are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from membership participation or use of services.

 Nothing here limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Updates to These Terms

We may occasionally update our membership terms to keep them current and fair. Any changes will be posted here and/or shared with active members by email. By continuing your membership, you agree to the latest version of these terms.
