February Group Acupuncture: Circulation and Self-Compassion

  • Stardust Wellness 7801 North Lamar Boulevard Austin, TX, 78752 United States (map)

Softening Into Movement

February can feel heavy and stuck—winter lingering in the body, emotions running quiet or tender beneath the surface. This month’s group acupuncture focuses on circulation and self-compassion, helping things move again with kindness instead of force.

Treatments will support healthy blood and energy flow, soften tension, and encourage a warmer, more forgiving relationship with your body—right when it needs it most.

What you’ll experience:

  • Improved circulation and gentle energy movement

  • Relief from stiffness, cold, or lingering tension

  • Support for emotional ease and self-compassion

  • A sense of warmth, softness, and reconnection

Each participant receives an individualized treatment within the group setting.

Deets:

This is a donation-based event ($30 suggested · pay what you can).

👉 Important: You MUST sign up to participate. When you register, you’ll select a specific start time. That is the time your treatment begins. Each treatment lasts about 45 minutes.

What is Group Acupuncture?

Group acupuncture is a community healing experience where each person rests in a calm, shared space while receiving individualized care. Treatments are quiet, gentle, and deeply restorative. The group setting allows for connection while still honoring your personal healing journey.

How to prepare:

Complete your intake paperwork before you arrive (link will be emailed).

Eat a light meal or snack 1–4 hours beforehand.

Wear loose-fitting clothing that allows the acupuncturist to access your arms (to elbows) and legs (to knees).

Let your acupuncturist know if you have any questions or concerns.
