What is group acupuncture?

Group acupuncture is a unique way to experience this ancient healing art. You’ll settle into a cozy chair in a shared, relaxed space where treatments are tailored to your needs. How do I prepare for my group acupuncture treatment?

• Fill out the paperwork before you arrive for your appointment. You will receive an email with a link when you book.

• Make sure you’ve had something to eat 1-4 hours before your appointment.

• Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows access to your arms up to the elbows and legs up to the knees.

• Let your acupuncturist know if you have any questions or concerns.
