How do I prepare for my group acupuncture treatment?
Fill out the paperwork before you arrive for your appointment. You will receive an email with a link when you book.
Make sure you’ve had something to eat 1-4 hours before your appointment.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows access to your arms up to the elbows and legs up to the knees.
Let your acupuncturist know if you have any questions or concerns.
